If you like small poker room atmosphere then you will like the Lake Elsinore card room. Even though Elsinore is small, you can find a really good game any time of day. From daily tournaments to no-limit holdem, omaha, paigow, pan, and no bust black jack. They have good, cheap food that can be served at the poker table, although they recently got rid of their players club, so that's a downside. They also spread some high limit tables every once in a while when they have enough action to get one going. Recently, they opened up a $5000.00 buy in table and people were fighting for the seats. So there is all types of action to be had at the Lake Elsinore Casino. My personal favorites are the $40.00 no limit buy in, or the 4-8 with a Kill. See you there.
Lake Elsinore is old. The tables chairs and building are used and abused. THe chips are so dirty that they sometimes stick together. If you can handle that then you will find great action. I have played 3/6 w/ killl and the 4/8 w/ kill. Both games are beatable if you are patient and play aggressive. The tournies are a lot or rebuys and addons. I personally don't like that but they were run effiecently and professional.
Has been totally renovated including the rooms. They even have a suite w/ a shower that fits 12 people in it. The FOOD is better than ANY other CA cardroom i've been in.... blows Pechanga's card room food away!!! The service and employees are above and beyond friendly. You wont get friendlier service anywhere. The live action is great and their tournaments are FUN and they have WSOP satellites 3 days a week. I suggest if you get the chance to check it out... don't judge the outside by the great experience you'll have inside. LAKE ELSINORE ROCKS!!
