Room- worn & torn- no upgrade for 10+ years other than re-felting the tables from time to time- gross, filthy chips. ** Cash Games* lots of action, slow week - busy weekends. ** Tournaments* usually 2 tables week- 4 or 5 weekends* they claim TDA rules but are very subjective- give 1 warning button then second warning you sit a round for exposing hand, belligerence, etc., however rules apply to selective players-ie, watch players expose hands & get automatic penalty while others get no penalty; tour directors very inattentive & selective to rulings - ie they allow certain players miss blinds on table breakdown-** take max rake on weekends ** dealers long tenured-jaded, arrogant- they EXPECT big tips- some are racists, antagonistic with rude comments- manager rekindles thoughts of the Wicked Witch of the West** They comp $1 hour cash but you can only eat close by cafe as other restaurants are about 15 minute walk to and from- you get 1/2 hr out time or they pick up your seat** bad beats fluctuate* watch for Asian dealers hooking up their own race by "accidentally" killing your hand or exposing cards, etc... good action, good intention, but can be unpleasant experience if you are on short end.
